Preparation Notes:

  • Decoction. Cook Fu Long Gan for 30-40 minutes before adding the other herbs. A higher dosage of 30-60 grams of Fu Long Gan is often used, or 3-4 times the dosage of Chi Shi Zhi is used in it's place.
