Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion: When the fist is clenched, the point is on dorsum of the hand between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones, in the depression proximal to the fourth metacarpophalangeal joint.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
