  • Decoction. Decoct Ling Yang Jiao for 60 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. Ling Yang Jiao can also be added as a powder to the final strained decoction.
  • 10 times the quantity of Shan Yang Jiao or Zhen Zhu Mu can be substituted for Ling Yang Jiao.
