Actions

  • Releases Wind and Cold and Induces Sweating
    Used in the very early stages of Wind-Cold invasion.
  • Invigorates the Yang Qi and Disperses Cold
    For cold and fullness in the abdomen or nasal congestion from cold.
  • Applied topically as poultice for abscesses and sores.

Contraindications and Cautions

  • Do not use in cases of spontaneous sweating.
  • Do not mix with honey when taken internally.
