Actions

Nourishes Stomach Yin, Generates Fluids, Moistens the Lungs
For Yin deficiency with heat and possible ascending yang with symptoms including emaciation and heat in the five palms
Nourishes Lung Yin
For Lung yin deficiency or Lung Heat with a dry cough, scanty sputum that is possibly blood streaked and difficult to expectorate.

Contraindications and Cautions

Use with caution in cases with cough due to wind cold
