Preparation Notes:
- Grind each substance into a powder and sift together.
- Take one 3 gram pill, 1-3 times a day with warm water
- The final powder can also be dissolved and taken in warm water.
- Shui Niu Jiao should be substituted for Xi Jiao (endangered)
