Preparation Notes:

  • Decoction. 2 egg yolks (Ji Zi Huang) are mixed into the final strained decoction to assist in draining Fire from the Upper Jiao and generating Yin and Blood.
  • E Jiao should also be dissolved in the final strained decoction.
