Preparation Notes:

  • Grind each substance into a powder and sift together.
  • Take one 3 gram pill, 1-3 times a day with warm water
  • The final powder can also be dissolved and taken in warm water.
  • Shui Niu Jiao should be substituted for Xi Jiao (endangered)
