Actions:
  • Unbinds the chest
  • Regulates and descends Qi
Indications:
  • Pain in the chest, asthma, cough.
Location (CAM):
  • On the anterior midline, at the level with the second intercostal space.
Location (AMOA):
  • On the midline of the sternum, level with the junction of the second intercostal space and the sternum.
Needling Method:
  • Puncture subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
