Acu Point HT-04 (Ling Dao) Spirit Pathway

Actions:
  • Calms the spirit and benefits the voice
  • Relaxes the muscles and sinews
Indications:
  • Cardiac pain, spasmodic pain of the elbow and arm, sudden loss of voice.
Location (CAM):
  • When the palm faces upward, the point is on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpi ulnaris, 1.5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist.
Location (AMOA):
  • On the radial side of the tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris, 1.5 cun proximal to Shenmen HE-7.
Needling Method:
  • Puncture perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
