Benefits the middle jiao

Indications:

Pain in the epigastric region, low back pain, stiffness of the back.

Location (CAM):

Below the spinous process of the tenth thoracic vertebra.

Location (AMOA):

On the midline of the back, in the depression below the spinous process of the tenth thoracic vertebra.

Needling Method:

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1.0 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
