Actions:

Indications:
  • Pain and stiffness in the lower back, diarrhea, indigestion.
Location (CAM):
  • Below the spinous process of the first lumbar vertebra.
Location (AMOA):
  • On the midline of the lower back, in the depression below the spinous process of the first lumbar vertebra.
Needling Method:
  • Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1.0 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
